Dining is at the heart of South Cape Collection. Across all our destinations, food is rooted in local ingredients, honest flavours, and a deep respect for nature, culture, and tradition. Our kitchens work closely with local producers, fishermen, farmers, and foragers to create meals that reflect the rhythms of the season and the character of Southern Norway.

At one end of the spectrum, you’ll find Under – the world’s largest underwater restaurant, where fine dining meets marine research and guests dine five and a half metres below the surface of the North Sea. Here, the ocean itself becomes part of the experience.

At our hotels, Lindesnes Havhotell and Rosfjord Strandhotell, you’ll find high-quality à la carte restaurants with panoramic views, warm atmospheres, and menus that balance creativity with comfort. At Lindesnes Havhotell, our intimate dining concept The Laboratory invites guests into a front-row culinary experience, where chefs tell the stories behind each dish as they cook.

At Lomsesanden, dining is more laid-back but just as heartfelt – with wood-fired pizza in the dunes, homemade pastries, and great coffee enjoyed barefoot in the sand.
