Day 1 – Lindesnes: Exploring the edge of Norway

Your journey starts at Lindesnes Havhotell, perfectly located for families who want to explore the southernmost point of Norway.

A highlight for children is Lindesnes Lighthouse, where long underground tunnels from World War II invite young explorers into a world of secret passages, history and adventure. Lighthouses are always magical – and here, kids can run freely, climb, imagine and learn.

Choose between several coastal trails of different lengths, perfect for small legs. Visit nearby beaches in summer, borrow SUP boards, or go crab fishing on the pier outside the hotel – we provide the equipment.

Don’t miss the famous cinnamon buns and stone-baked bread at the lighthouse café, made with seawater and local seaweed – a favourite for both kids and adults.
